Alpha as been invited to represent Denmark during the opening of Creators Conference, Brussels, February 2nd, 2012. The event will take place in Theater Vaudeville, 7pm. Pieces to be played are Carnival by Poul Ruders as well as an electroacoustic improvisation.

Alpha played a beautiful concert as part of the conference - "The use - and reuse - of new and old music". Composer Svend Hvidtfelt Nielsen was the leader of the following debate. Musikhøjskolen, Smallegade 12, Frederiksberg.

Once again the musical and brilliant Morten Ryelund had invited Bolette Roed to play with his "Holbæk-ensemble" at the nice concert venue - Elværket in Holbæk. Watch out - they will repeat the succes in 2012.

Alpha created a show together with a Polish dance company - based on free improvisation from dancers as well as musicians. 

Alpha played in Sønderbro church (Bygholm Parkvej 1, Horsens). Works Schnee 2a by Hans Abrahamsen and Carnival by Poul Ruders in the arrangement of Alpha. The pieces will be recorded March 2012 as part of Alpha's next CD, to be released during 2012.

The beautiful baroque gardens of Frederiksborg Castle in Hillerød, has its 15 years anniversary on June 5th 2011.

The beautiful Danish Art Museum, Louisiana, has a series with "Yellow Lounge" every Friday. May 27th you could experience DJ Katrine Ring in collaboration with Bolette Roed.
Katrine Ring is one of Denmark's most talented DJs and at the moment also actual as curator of "Walk This Way" exhibition in Køge, and for the release of her book -  "About street Art - Walk This Way". During autumn and winter she can be heard at Hotel Avenue Wednesday evenings.

In 2010 Alpha did a concert during the Nordlichter-Biennale in Berlin.
In collaboration with the Borusan Music House Marcus Hagemann, the director of Nordlichter Biennale had re-invited Alpha to perform a concert in this new venue in Istanbul. That same concert in Berlin resulted in an invitation for Festliche Musiktage Soest, in Germany July 2011. Look out for Nordlichter-Biennale 2012 in Berlin.
